Not practically. You would be cutting out the floor and fitting hardware cloth and a tray channel, which costs more time than a new screened board costs money. Going the other direction is free: a screened board with the insert in is a solid board. That asymmetry is why we recommend buying screened even if you intend to run it closed most of the year.
